FATExDAO starts "bootstrap" but will be an international "power"
FATExDAO is a commercial enterprise that realistically leads to be positioned as a top 10 institution in the web 3.0 - tokenized, digital asset economy. Entities like it will have economic power that significantly exceeds any one nation or corporation.
For FATExDAO to achieve its mission, in-house and outsourced, full-time personnel will be necessary.
Those hired for a role must be the best and deliver results that exceed expectations. Employees will be held accountable and receive compensation that exceeds prior standards.
Employees may or may not be FATExDAO members and/or founding members.

TEAM BUILD PREALLOCATION: 1.881818143% - 16,727,272 of FATE.
SALARY: Those offered to work for FATExDAO will match or exceed industry standards for their role.
FATExDAO is a "neo-financial" institution that holds those it hires to a standard that exceeds existing industries. (i.e. a top investment bank or tech. firm - but better).
FATExDAO members must understand that unique talent deserves to be paid more than another position an employee would find in another "company."
All resource decisions, including those allocated to hiring human capital, will be made public, and any member can discuss and/or propose any vote to end or change the resource allocation.
Paid and unpaid advisors (i.e. Corey and Adam), FATExDAO members, and TEDS will serve to determine the qualifications and most efficient option to maximize the benefits of the expense.
Monies for compensation and contract pay will come from the Growth Spending fund.
