**The FATExDAO MISSION IS CLEAR.**  The key to capital growth is monetization of products built through the dex.<br>

The more exceptional, culturally desirable, and potential for long-term, wide-use (demand), the greater the value.  The more there is of it (supply), the less it is perceived to be valuable.  <br>

Proceeds from the liquidity in FATExDEX will be used to **invest in the DAO platform: FATExDEX**. <br>

We **build ways to profit & multiply capital for members** by spending a fraction of it on value-adding products and services that will make money in an ESG, inclusive, pro-diverse way.      <br>

FATE will not be sold by Treasury in a way that will hurt the long-term price potential and intentionally create a decline in value over a 24-hour period that exceeds 3%, in an extreme circumstance.   <br>

**GROWTH SPENDING (or investor purchase) is** focused on using FATExDEX to move the DAO away from a crypto-centric-scheme to a multi-asset rewards PROFIT SHARING MODEL: phase 3+ on the roadmap.\ <br>
