Political Agenda: DeFi/DAO/DLT

FATExDAO recognizes the importance of the cross roads the sector faces with the government

The DAO was formed to create sustainable wealth & assist the "DeFi Revolution." If necessary, we will thought leader and vocal activist of political and economic empowerment: To participate and help guide the regulatory oversight in all jurisdictions globally via the current governing bodies in place so that efficiency and economic equality serve the welfare of all citizens, governments, agencies, organizations, and legal entities both public and private, existing and in the future. The following statements are an important underpinning and action item on the DAO's agenda - however, the main purpose of FATExDAO is to create a profitable FinTech & financial institution. Political activism is an important component of the growth of the "digital asset transformation" underway, that will produce a truly global, politically agnostic economy. However, resources will not be diverted for governmental bureaucratic purposes. The doctrine of social responsibility applies to all organizations and individuals interested in the prosperity and longevity of humanity. Most nations (regardless of political "regime" name i.e socialist, communist, democratic) are very similar to DAOs - a group of people with core similarities of how they identify and what they want to do collectively. Get enough people together and you can change the world.

Upon invitation and if DAO resources permit - we will work to educate political leaders via thought leadership & proactive engagement to ensure legislation is designed to:

1. Prevent fraud

2. Reduce regulatory barriers without reducing oversight

3. Encourage transparency

4. Lower risk due to schemes; and poor usage of token creation/application

5. Delete Gamification

6. Establish security standards

7. Standardize DLT/DeFi terminology

8. Establish a legal framework for the DAO to be recognized as a legal entity.

9. Drop barriers of entry by licensing or complex legal registration frameworks

10. Create products that are "borderless" but designed to apply and enhance criminal activity oversight - requirements (AML/OFAC/KYC) for those countries that are "For The People" & NOT countries with a totalitarian regime.

11. Economically/inflationary challenge countries will have alternatives that are legal.

12. Add services to help people in totalitarian countries to access FATExDAO without it being removed.

13. G20 nations (top 20 GDP nations) need guidance and have tools that meet regulatory standards once in place by helping shape them.

WE SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CENTRAL BANK DIGITAL CURRENCY (“CBDC”) IF THE DLT LEDGERS ARE TRANSPARENT BECAUSE OF THE CONTROLS IT PERMITS, & THE DATA IT PROVIDES - THE STRUCTURE SHOULD EVENTUALLY EVOLVE TO BE EXACTLY LIKE A DAO, WITH REFERENDUM VOTES.
